Basically, liability insurance covers the costs that occur  if you cause an accident and destroy another person&#8217;s car or auto. Liability  insurance does not pay for any damage sustained in a car accident case. Almost  all lenders require a lender or financial consumer to have full coverage auto  insurance rather than liability insurance in order to preserve the value of its  loan against a new or used car that is financed by the bank.</p>
<p>Damage to property is the amount of insurance needed to pay  for repairs or damage to another vehicle if the driver cause an accident.
